Four-time Oscar nominee Tom Cruise was presented with his very first statue at the 16th annual Governor’s Awards where he gave an emotional acceptance speech. Dolly Parton, who was unable to attend the ceremony, received an honorary Oscar for her humanitarian work, and choreographer and actor Debbie Allen also took home special honors.
