Texas Railroad Commissioner Jim Wright and wife share story of 2017 crash that left her permanently paralyzed

Texas Railroad Commissioner Jim Wright says his wife, Sherri, has always been more than just his partner.”She’s not only my wife, she’s my best friend,” Wright says in a newly released video from The American Border Story. “We were never apart.
