South Jersey insurance claims adjuster charged with stealing nearly $200,000 in payouts

John Philbin, an insurance claims adjuster in Camden County, allegedly stole $200,000 by fabricating filings under false identities for non-existent work that he held the authority to approve, the New Jersey Office of Attorney General said.
