Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High integrity and sense of urgency

- Ability to obtain a food handler and TABC certificate
Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting tables
- Keeping service stations clean and stocked
- Maintaining floors and parking lot
