San Diego Airport sees 50-minute arrival, delays amid runway work

If you’re headed to San Diego International Airport to catch a flight or pick someone up, expect delays.

All arriving domestic flights are running behind schedule on Tuesday due to ongoing runway and taxiway construction, according to the Federal Aviation Administration and FlightAware.

Average delays are hovering around 50 minutes, and travelers are being advised to check their flight status before leaving for the airport.
