Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $80,000 – $250,000 (Commission-Based)
  • Schedule: Self-determined schedule, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
  • Work Location: Metro New York City area, including New City, NY; Albany, NY; Hoboken, NJ; and Greenwich/Stamford, CT.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active real estate license required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online marketing tools (or willingness to learn).
  • Strong communication, customer-service, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven sales skills and ability to manage transactions from offer to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and follow up with buyer/seller leads.
  • Collaborate with transaction coordinators and team support to ensure smooth closings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-up schedules, and reporting metrics.
  • Utilize brokerage-provided technology, tools, and mentorship to streamline your workflow.
