As a Project Manager on the Business Integration team, you’ll manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through post launch management.

WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

  • Managing day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects
  • Gaining consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and mitigation of any associated risks
  • Establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards
  • Meeting with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reports
  • Tracking costs and performance, service levels, and other metrics required to meet goals and objectives

You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. On a given day you’ll manage project details, data collection, reporting, and communication to successfully drive project efforts. You’ll thrive in this role if you can manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously, and develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Project Management: 2 or more years
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience
  • Abilities: Communicate in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner; effective critical thinking skills; analyze and interpret data; knowledge and ability to use software applications including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum

At Spectrum, we keep our customers connected across a 41-state footprint. The Customer Service Reliability team strengthens the connections between Spectrum and our residential customers. This team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for.

As a Project Manager on the Customer Service Reliability team, you’ll manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through implementation.

WHAT OUR PROJECT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

  • Managing day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects, including identifying and resolving issues, managing risk, developing detailed project plans and timelines, defining technical specifications, and estimating/planning resource allocation
  • Establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards
  • Meeting with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reports
  • Creating and disseminating technical requirement documents to all stakeholders
  • Evaluating operational processes and procedures, and develop strategies and implementation plans to optimize
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customer facing employees, digital and marketing leadership and collaborate on initiatives

In this role you’ll manages project details, data collection, reporting and communication to successfully drive project efforts. Projects will involve analysis, execution and support of operations and technology solutions. You’ll excel if you can collaborate cross-functionally, adapt to change, and handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. You’ll develop skills that are transferable to other areas of Spectrum for a meaningful, long-term career.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Project Management: 2+ years
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Communicate in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
    • Effective critical thinking skills
    • Analyze and interpret datay
    • Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project, Excel, and Powerpoint
    • Strong presentation development and delivery skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Project management in telecommunications or technology industries
  • Education:
    • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum

The base pay for this position generally is between $75,130.00 and $120,010.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
