Must Read: Everlane Co-Founder to Launch New Brand, Givenchy Taps Marco De Vincenzo

Everlane Co-Founder Launches New BrandMichael Preysman (pictured above) announced Tuesday he is launching a new brand built around the same values of sustainability and “radical transparency” as Everlane, the brand he co-founded in 2011 and was the CEO of until 2022. This time, he says, the label will not work with private equity or venture capital ownership. The announcement comes days after news broke that fast-fashion retailer Shein had acquired Everlane. He will work under creative director Sarah Burton and be responsible for growing the brand’s leather goods category.
