Job Description:
The Texan Stores is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager to help lead our store and restaurant teams in Schulenburg, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a management position, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Determine appropriate priorities and manage time effectively
- Complete daily reconciliation paperwork
- Ensure that the store is clean and well stocked
- Promote sales traffic in the store
- Liaise with vendors
Pay Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 Requirements:
- 3+ years in a management position
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
