We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Virtual Insurance Sales Representative. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of insurance products to qualified individuals and families. In-person and online/work from home roles are available. Your interpersonal and communication skills will be put to the test as you engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend the appropriate products. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential customer leads to generate new business
- Evaluate client’s insurance needs and provide appropriate policy recommendations
- Effectively communicate benefits of insurance products and explain coverage details
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
