Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring satisfaction with each course.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Support catering events or banquets by assisting with setup and breakdown as required.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and drink pairings to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of food handling and safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others within the team.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in the hospitality industry
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
