He spent his life giving Skid Row's homeless access to music. His family wants to carry on his legacy.

When Pauly’s Project was started, Paul Avila was handing out a few radios at a time. Today, the organization serves around 20,000 people annually on Skid Row, distributing headphones, radios, and providing food, outreach services and workplace mentoring and development.
