What you’ll do:
- Source, screen, and place candidates in light industrial, skilled trades, professional & office roles
- Build strong relationships with clients & associates
- Help local businesses grow through workforce solutions
- Thrive in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
Schedule & Compensation:
- Hours: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
- Salary: $45,000-$48,000 base plus uncapped commission
- Location: Lyndhurst, OH

Qualifications:
- Professional, outgoing, and personable demeanor
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Sourcing experience
- Familiarity with standard business practices
