Bears DB Nahshon Wright makes stunning interception vs. Steelers

The Chicago Bears have made forcing turnovers a focal point of their defense, and Nahshon Wright had one of the best you’ll see this season.

Wright, who came into the season with just one career interception, has become a certified ballhawk for the Bears in 2025, with four picks and eight passes defended so far on the campaign.

On a pass attempt by Mason Rudolph in the first quarter of the game, Wright went up along the sideline, grabbed the ball with one hand, brought it to his chest, and somehow managed to get a foot and both knees inbounds before falling to the white chalk.

The initial call on the field was that he had made the interception, and the call was upheld on video review, giving the Bears the ball back.

Wright is now tied with his teammate Kevin Byard III for the most interceptions in the NFL this season with five. Linebacker Tremaine Edmunds, who isn’t playing on Sunday, is tied for third with four picks on the campaign.

As a team, the Bears lead the NFL with 17 forced turnovers on the season, far outpacing the second-place Houston Texans.
