Account Representative Full Time – Monday Friday 8am to 5 pm Onsite
Overview:
The Account Representative is a customer-facing, high-volume phone role responsible for assisting borrowers with delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and helping customers stay current on their loans. This position requires empathy, resilience, and a professional demeanor while balancing customer service with collections goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and perform outbound and inbound calls to collect payments.
• Work with customers to develop realistic payment arrangements and handle deferment requests.
• Provide courteous and professional loan counseling to help borrowers understand their options.
• Document all communications accurately in the loan servicing system.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve collection effectiveness and customer experience.

Ideal Background & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in collections, call center operations, or loan servicing.
• Background in auto finance or consumer lending is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a calm, confident phone presence.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan servicing software.

Compensation:

• $20-$22 per hour base + monthly performance bonus/commission
