Randstad, the world’s leading partner for talent, is hiring a Talent Solutions Manager to ensure customer satisfaction by selling our staffing and workforce solutions to prospective clients, expanding business within existing clients, and driving the full-cycle recruitment of top talent. You will help organisations bridge workforce gaps and enable people to thrive in the right roles.
What you get to do:
- Drive new client acquisition and expand our client base by selling comprehensive workforce solutions.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with hiring managers and key decision-makers via phone, text, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Execute high-impact business development and consultative selling activities (cold calls, virtual and onsite client meetings).
- Own the placement lifecycle: source and recruit candidates, interview and select, negotiate pay/bill rates, and deliver results while maximizing gross margin and gross profit.
- Utilize recruiting technology and data-driven insights to enhance both the candidate experience and client outcomes.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, placement success, and client satisfaction.
- Leverage your strong communication and problem-solving skills to diagnose workforce gaps and design innovative staffing solutions that drive client productivity and profitability.
What you need to bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of professional sales experience.
- Minimum 1+ years of business experience, preferably in B2B sales, staffing, or customer service within staffing or workforce solutions.
- Preferably experience or familiarity with industries such as Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Business Operations.
- Proven track record in a metrics-driven environment, with business development and talent acquisition responsibilities.
- Strong digital fluency: experience using recruiting technology, Google Suite, shared drives, and digital tools to streamline workflow and track pipelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; effective at engaging candidates and clients, and driving the candidate experience.
- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, equipped to build and maintain a robust pipeline of both clients and candidates.
