She watched him build scents with rigor, precision and restraint — principles that she applied throughout her illustrious career in product development working alongside some of the industry’s sharpest brand architects, including Laura Mercier, Virgil Abloh, Pat McGrath and Isamaya Ffrench.The debut collection features three compositions: 1000G, an earthy floral scent inspired by a re-characterization of the Rose de Grasse; Altered States, a resinous wood scent inspired by plants that burn as incense among Bushman communities in Tanzania; Heroic Dose, an aromatic herbaceous scent inspired by the volcanic terrain and solar humidity of La Reunion Island in the Indian Ocean.
