Delays for SEPTA Regional Rail riders after power outage fixed in Philly

A power outage was causing delays for SEPTA riders who take Regional Rail on Tuesday, according to the transit agency.

All of the Regional Rail lines were forced to stop in Center City because of a loss of power in the tunnel on Nov. 25, officials said.

The power was restored in Center City as of 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday with trains moving again, officials said.

Riders can still expect residual delays as service returns, SEPTA warned.
