Inventory & Customer Care Specialist

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Customer Care Specialist with experience in order entry, Sage 100, Excel, and Word. This role ensures accurate order processing, efficient inventory control, and excellent customer support.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in order entry, inventory, & customer service, preferably in manufacturing

  • Proficiency in Sage 100, Excel, and Word

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and process customer orders in Sage 100

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with audits

  • Generate reports in Excel and maintain documentation in Word

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
