Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Compensation:

$7 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new leads daily through cold calls, texts, emails, and database follow-up.
• Qualify inbound leads and nurture prospects until they are ready to buy or sell.
• Schedule appointments for outside sales agents and track conversion rates.
• Master scripts and objection handlers to maximize contact-to-appointment ratios.
• Log all communication and activity in Follow Up Boss CRM.
• Consistently hit and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPI benchmarks (calls, contacts, appointments set).

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven real estate ISA experience required.
• Proficiency in Follow Up Boss CRM required.
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
• Experience working with U.S. real estate teams preferred.
• Must be able to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time).
