PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Implement appropriate sales practices.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications (give technical advice, troubleshoot, and help solve customers’ problems with their vehicles).
  • Demonstrate ability to sell product features and benefits and ability to understand customers’ needs

2. Maintain customer satisfaction.

3. Demonstrate professional attitude, conduct, and appearance. Demonstrate a pleasant, helpful personality, SMILE!

4. Provide sales support functions. Process salesperson’s customer stock orders. Check in store stock orders.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service skills, sales skills or excellent people skills that support a customer engaged rapport.
  • Any automotive parts experience or automotive mechanical skills that support the sales process by being able to communicate and locate ‘the right part the first time’.
  • Ability to stand up to 8 hours, lift 50-60 lbs frequently throughout the day, bend, twist and put away pallets of stock.
  • Valid ODL and good driving record may be required in stores requiring back up delivery functions in a sales role.

Compensation details: 16-18 Hourly Wage
