Position offers the possibility of being remote after a 90-day training period.
Compensation:
$100,000+ total salary, commission, and bonus
Responsibilities:
- Calling, interviewing, and onboarding salespeople
- Follow up on all candidates in a timely manner
- No cold calling. All candidates are provided – you text, email, and call pre-qualified, vetted salespeople for interviews
- Experience in building a sales team would be of value

- Great phone voice and attitude
- Works well independently and is a great team member
